BMDC is a Seattle-based general contractor and interior design firm that services new commercial, tenant improvements, mixed-use, senior living, multifamily, and custom home construction.

After a decade of experience in large-scale construction management, Todd McHugh founded BMDC with the intent of providing the highest quality project execution and overall project value to his clients. The company has grown in size and experience since being founded by Todd in 2010, from residential remodels to complex multifamily and commercial developments. Wayd Munro joined the team in 2018 bringing 25 years of international building expertise on a range of residential, commercial, and multifamily projects.

By engaging with our clients early on we help determine the most cost effective and efficient methods for implementing the project’s goals so our client clients can be sure their investment dollars are wisely spent.
